Did you enjoy swinging the hula hoop when you were young? Then we have good news for you! The hula hoop mania is back, but this time for adults! Now you can hula hoop as a fitness workout, allowing you to train your abdominal muscles in a fun way. Simultaneously you work on a tighter waist! By not only to hula hoop with your waist but by using your whole body the hula hoop enables you to carry out a total workout. It strengthens your core, burns fat and accelerates the reduction of weight. The lessons are given by our enthusiastic instructors Sabrina and Samantha. Using rousing music they will ensure that your hula hoop workout feels like a party! And as you expect from us, the Hula Hoop workout is for young and old!
