New as of Thursday, October 16 2014: CITY PARK RUN. From 19.00 we start from the Zenden Sport School in the direction of the city park. The workout includes walking, jogging and stretching and is for young, old, trained and untrained athletes. What do you need? Obviously sports clothing (adapted to the outside temperature) and (outdoor) sports shoes, preferably, running shoes. It’s also advisable to wear a reflective vest because it is dark during the winter months. Every Thursday until 18.00, members can sign up for the training on that day by sending a confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can combine this event with a spinning class before the workout or a swimming session afterwards.
