Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by the hotel and Consequently, without exception, all mutual agreements are mutually binding only if by mail or fax they are confirmed in writing. Any authorized by the hotel and tolerance in terms does not change the other conditions and is of strict interpretation.
- Payment Terms
Our invoices are payable on the invoice date without discount. Individual customers must, under penalty of automatic cancellation, provide a credit card guarantee at reservation.
In the event that the invoice is not or not fully paid after 30 days, there is legally on the invoice of the customer an indemnity of 15% with a minimum of 50 euros and a maximum of 1250 euros. Interest and compensation is payable by the mere fact of non-payment. Payments after delays in payment are first made on interest and compensation only thereafter on the invoice price. Never can stay a non-repossession of the at his disposal made, an incomplete and / or disputed residence and / or reservations and / or service by the customer as a pretext apply for a delay in payment. Any delay in payment gives the hotel the right unilaterally and without compensation to the buyer, to all existing and yet not destroy executed agreement and any implementing current agreements stop.

- Check-in and check-out
The reserved stays are available to customers from 14 pm the day of arrival and must be released by the customer no later than 11 am the day of departure. If a customer with a guaranteed reservation does not show up for 11 hours after the scheduled arrival date, then legally the hotel has the right to charge the customer a compensation which is equal to the total price of the reservation including any requested additional services, on the one hand, and the advance pertaining thereto, possibly longer-term contract terminated then consider other.
Any claim concerning residence, goods and/or invoice must be reported to the extent possible by the customer as soon as possible during his stay at the hotel in order to have the opportunity to directly address the complaint.
In any case, under penalty of forfeiture, the complaint must be made within eight days after delivery, service and/or invoice, by registered letter or against receipt from the hotel.
In case of force majeure, unforeseeable events beyond its control and/or exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to, without any form of compensation, transfer the customer’s reservation to another hotel, if possible in the same area.
All damage caused by the customer, both stay, dustpan consuming goods and/or belonging to or at the hotel or belonging to third parties with which the hotel maintains relations, according hereby the customer accepted bid the hotel paid for in cash without discussion, at the latest before the client’s departure. Concerning the parking of vehicles in the parking lot and in the garages of the hotel, as well as plants belonging to third parties with which the hotel maintains relations, agreed that the hotel dismissal of any responsibility, from whatever cause, including, but not limited to damage, theft and/or disappearance of the vehicle or in and/or on fixed and/or lying objects, as well as physical injuries to customers or third parties which would be triggered by whom/whatever at these places.
In any dispute, where the act takes place or service contract, only the Courts of Leuven are competent and solely in accordance with Belgian law. Neither substitutes nor abnormal payment modalities change this power. The customer accepts these terms and conditions at the time of reservation or at the latest upon the day of arrival. The customer declares to know, understand, and agree to these conditions, and will also will add to the usual internal rules of the hotel establishment and the instructions provided to him by the hotel staff. The hotel is entitled at any time without notice to discontinue providing catering services to a guest when the guest violates house rules repeatedly or behaves otherwise in such a way that the order and peace in the Catering and / or the normal exploitation may be or is disturbed. Case the Guest must first request to leave the hotel.
- Double booking with the customer
The customer agrees to abandon the practice, one and the same process, of concluding several agreements with different hotels. The determination by the hotel of non-compliance with this gentlemen’s agreement by the customer gives the hotel the right to regard this as a unilateral cancellation by the customer with cancellation costs at the expense of the customer as defined in Article 13, but with a minimum of 30% of services booked at the time of notification by the hotel to the customer.
- Cancellation policy
If you must cancel your reservation, we are forced to charge for this. Different cancellation policies for booking agencies apply.
- If canceled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If canceled up to 3 days before arrival date, 50% of the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- If canceled less than 72 hours before arrival or if you do not arrive (no show), the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- In earlier departure no refund is granted
- If you cancel more than 1 month before arrival: 35% of booking value
- From 7 to 14 days before arrival: 60% of booking value
- More than 7 days before arrival: 85% of booking value
- 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the reservation
