\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Our reception is open on weekdays from 8.00 to 21.00 and on weekends from 9:00 to 15:00.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Occupation
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>The hotel rooms and studios have a maximum occupancy of 2 people.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>If you do not comply with this rule, we must incur additional costs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Unfortunately we cannot provide\u00a0extra beds or a baby cot.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No smoking
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Since 2008, smoking in public places is prohibited. If you smoke in your room or in your apartment, we are obligated to charge you \u20ac100.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pets
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your pets in the hotel.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bicycle parking
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Your bicycle can be parked in a nearby, secure public bicycle parking. It is not possible to store bicycles at the hotel or at the studios.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Check in
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>You can check into your room from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and from 12:00 to 15:00 on Saturday and Sunday.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is possible to check in earlier and leave your bags behind the front desk.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Upon request, you can also check in outside of our regular opening hours. Please indicate the time you would like to check in using the special requests box when booking via our online booking module.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Check out
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>We kindly ask you to check out of your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you wish, you can leave your luggage at the reception desk and pick it up after your trip. Please do not forget to return the key when you leave.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cleaning in the studio
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Our cleaning service will provide new linens and service in your apartment every two days. Once a week, your apartment will be fully cleaned. Contact the reception if you have specific requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Breakfast
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>We invite you to make use of our breakfast service. Please notify us one day in advance at the reception. On weekdays we serve breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30 and from 9:00 to 11:00 at the weekends.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Wi-Fi
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>We offer free wireless internet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fax and copy
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>You can make a photocopy and send or receive a fax at the reception.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Free sports
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>You are welcome to use our swimming pool during the public swimming hours. You can attend all other sports classes that are being given in our sport school. Please ask for the sports program the reception desk.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Laundry service
